Optical material production requires very precise formulas and high cleanliness, so Vijay designed a fully automated batching and mixing system for it according to food grade standards. The raw materials in the formula are as many as more than ten kinds of powders and granules, and the characteristics of the raw materials are also diverse, especially the bulk density ranges from 0.3 kg per liter to 3.8 kg per liter. In addition to the hygroscopic properties, the materials are also viscous, which is a severe test for the material conveying and mixing system.
